Port Resources is a non-profit organization that offers social services to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral health challenges in southern Maine. The funds raised from this event will go towards supporting the organization's programs and initiatives aimed at promoting community integration. The auction held for Port Resources last year was a great success, and I was thrilled when the organization approached me this year to donate five of my artworks. One of my paintings, "Eye of the Storm," received the highest bid of $2,400 during last year's auction. We both, the organization and myself, would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the collector on behalf of both parties. This auction not only benefits the clients of Port Resources but also allocates a portion of the proceeds to local artists in Maine. Bidders will have the opportunity to acquire exceptional new pieces while embracing the spirit of giving back as we enter the holiday season.

The highlight of The Art of Belonging is an evening reception on December 5 from 5:00–8:00 p.m.—a wonderful networking opportunity for local businesses and professionals. Attendees can connect, enjoy refreshments, and support a great cause, with a minimum of 50% of each sale directly benefiting Port Resources’ client programs directly. Participating artists may also choose to donate 100% of their proceeds to further support these services."
