Things to Do in Freeport, Maine: Two Sisters In Maine Artisan Market

Two Sisters In Maine Artisan Fairs have opened a pop-up shop on 124 Main Street in Freeport. I intended to post this November 1st, when the ladies actually opened the doors, but last month was all over the map. Literally, for me. I've been dropping off and picking up art everywhere and keep dropping the ball. No kidding. [And famillying hard.] Better late than never, and they're open until December 31st, 10:00am - 6:00pm! Find Maine-made gifts crafted by 60+ local artists and makers!. I have a bunch of stuff in there, and am pretty psyched to say it's flyin' out of the store. When I went to restock last week there were several others bringing in more artwork...one-of-a-kind pieces move fast.

A Little Flurry, 2022. Acrylic on stretched canvas. SOLD!

There’s something for everyone on your holiday list. And here's a bunch of shop interiors to get a sense of what you can find. Credit to Karyn Reidman and Pat Gardner (those would be the two sisters) for photos, hope it's cool that I took these off FB to promote the shoppe....

Things to cook with, things to drink from, things to eat, things to wear, things to hang, things to wear...

Hand blown glass ornaments...hand dipped candles....all-natural skincare products....handmade journals...yarn...soaps....the coolest handmade leather handbags....

Such beautiful gifts

And the whole place smells like pine, lavender, and mulled cider the second you walk into the door....

I took this one while they were still setting up, and had no idea how much it would fill with treasures. Two Sisters Artisan Shop feels so homey....and stuff's moving FAST.

Did I say jewelry? I think I didn't mention the clothes. The scarves, hats, mittens, gloves, t-shirts, sweaters, kids' clothes, baby clothes. Quilts to keep you warm. Cloths to keep your tables warm...

I have a bunch of pieces in here, and everything's kind of blended in the shop. If you'd like to pick up one of my one of a kind paintings (Yep I've brought in and am selling affordable originals), embellished giclee print ornaments, mugs, that art dollhouse I posted awhile ago, tote bags and aprons with my original art, etc....Please ask specifically at the counter for some of Rachel Robbins' stuff if you can't find me right off. Make it a Right As Rain Eclectic Holiday!
